How Uncüth works
Two ways to participate. One shared purpose.
A Member names what would help. Shared demand makes the need easier to see. A Mentor or experienced peer responds where their context can genuinely help. Useful answers can become attributable knowledge instead of disappearing into one conversation.
An Ask moves through the community without becoming an open inbox.
- 01
A Member creates an Ask
The Ask names a real decision, need, or barrier and whether Access, Support, or Knowledge would help.
- 02
Shared demand becomes visible
Other Members can support it or create a related Ask. Uncüth plans to bring similar needs together without treating different lives as identical.
- 03
A Partner enables a next step
Partners—currently Mentors—may respond with experience, knowledge, a resource, an introduction, an opportunity, or time.
- 04
Useful context remains useful
Short answers and Decision Notes can become reusable, attributable knowledge rather than being buried in an inbox or pages of comments.
Easy to share. Useful later.
A short decision can help someone make a better one.
We are building simple Decision Notes for Members and Mentors: a short account of the challenge you faced, the choice you made, how you handled it, and what you learned. Short enough to create; structured enough to find, attribute, and reuse.
We’ll keep you posted!Choose the path that fits.
Members ask or support. Mentors respond when their experience fits. Neither path creates an obligation or guarantees an outcome.
